Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 73

Drivers aged from 66 to 73 incur a surcharge of 10.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 500.00 EUR

Driving Licence
The minimum age for renters on economic car categories is 21 years old. All drivers must have held their driving licence for at least 3 years otherwise young driver fee will be charged, 10,00 euro/day (VAT included) For young drivers from 21 to 24 years old additional fee of 10,00 euro/day (VAT included) is applicable. Driver Identity
A valid Passport and a valid Driving License is required. International driver licence or government translation document is required if the drivers licence is not written in the Latin alphabet.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures
Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown can be found on your rental agreement.
Accident Instruction / Procedures
Driver must contact the branch immediately, contact mobile always provided with rental agreement. A police report of the accident must be obtained, the Police report is mandatory, even if you have insurance. Driver must call police to have it, without moving the vehicle anywhere or the insurance will be void and you will become liable for the full costs. Driver licence, car licence and insurance policy (picture, copy) of the other vehicle or vehicles which were involved in the accident. Photos of the vehicle or vehicles with different angles that show the accident, also the vehicle or vehicles licence plate must in the group of photos. Call 155 for Police, 156 for Highway patrol, 112 for Ambulance, this is also provided on the rental agreement.

Cleaning Policy
At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.
Flight Delay Policy
If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.
Unused Days
Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Collection Instructions
When the customers cleared from customs our colleagues welcomes them with Right-Cars sign and fully name of the customer out of terminal at arrival gate. We take customers from arrival exit gate to our station with their car. It takes only 3 – 4 minutes by car from terminal to our station. After arrive to our station we fill rental agreement and deliver the car.
