Additional Driver

Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle. It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void
A Total of 2 additional drivers may be added , the charges for which are detailed below

Tyre Insurance

Tyre insurance is included in the rental cost. If for any reason you need to replace a tyre on the vehicle during the rental period you must replace with the same make and model of tyre otherwise you will be charge upon return

Glass Insurance

Glass insurance is included in the rental cost.

Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy

Local Taxes

The price quoted includes local tax at the current rate Current Rate of Tax is 20.00 %

Location Surcharge

Airport Surcharge Is included in the price at the current rate

Supplemental Liability Insurance is not included in the price but can be purchased locally at the rental desk

Infant Seat

Infant Seats are available for rent, subject to availability, at a rate of 5.00 EUR to a maximum charge of 50.00 EUR

Booster Seat

Booster Seats are available for rent, subject to availability, at a rate of 5.00 EUR to a maximum charge of 50.00 EUR

Navigation Systems

GPS systemsare available for rent, subject to availability, at a rate of 5.00 EUR to a maximum charge of 50.00 EUR

Wifi Internet Systems

Wifi systemsare available for rent, subject to availability, at a rate of 20.00 EUR to a maximum charge of 100.00 EUR

Cross Border / Cross State

Cross Border / Cross State travel is not permitted

Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 85

Drivers aged from 21 to 24 incur a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 30.00 EUR
Drivers aged from 66 to 85 incur a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 30.00 EUR

Driving Licence

The renter have to be in possession of a valid driving license. International driving licence is not required at this location. Driver licence has to be at valid at least 2 year. Please note that this provider does not accept photocopies or digital documents. If your driver's license is written in the non-Roman alphabet (Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.), it must be supplemented by an international driving permit.

Driver Identity

The renter have to be in possession of a valid passport. and driving license.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

In the event of an accident please call immediately +212777000161 or +212703202523 or +212660552101 or +21277700164 to report it For any an accident, whether with or without the involvement of an identified Third Party, you are required to present an accident report form by law from the police within 24 hours, in order to have the vehicle insurance covered. In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals are permitted to the following branches on payment of the fees listed

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Maximum Rental Days

The Maximun Rental Period is 28 Days
