Tyre Insurance

Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy in this branch is like for like. No additional fuel surcharges will be added to your rental costs unless you return the car less than the fuel tank upon receipt, you will be charged for the lost fuel at the current pump price plus 50 US$ for the Admin Fee. No refund will be made for unused fuel. We require a 30.00 USD fuel deposit.

If there isn’t, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if it’s safe to do so. - If you believe it’s too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on – and call Zezgo Jordan immediately at Tel. +96277 101 5000.

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50.00 USD is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Cleaning Policy

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 200.00 USD will be chargeable.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 200.00 USD will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

"If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 120 minutes after their booking collection time. The customer have to contact us even there is a flight details provided, also, if the customer didn't contact us or answer our SMS, then the booking will be canceled within 120 minutes from the booking collection time."

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 120 mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking plus 100 USD admin fees.

Collection Instructions

Meet & Greet , a Zezgo agent will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the customers name.

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo Jordan is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency.
