The renter has to be in possession of a valid driving license. International driving licence is not required at this location. Driver licence has to be at valid at least 3 years experince.

Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle. It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void

Tyre Insurance

Tyres insurance is not included with the standard insurance. Tyre insurance can be purchased locally at the branch, The cost does vary on the vehicle selected. If for any reason you need to replace a tyre on the vehicle during the rental period you must replace with the same make and model of tyre fitted to the vehicle, otherwise you will be charge upon return

Glass Insurance

Glass insurance is not included with the standard insurance.

Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is collect with a full tank of fuel and return with a full tank of fuel. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of fuel. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 50.00 USD. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

'Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to Call/WhatsApp in case of breakdown At +962 77 101 5000 (24/7 Service) WhatsApp is available. In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us for free. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the injured car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

Accident Instruction / Procedures

All accidents must be reported to the traffic police and to Right-Cars car rental -‎‎‎Jordan before the vehicle is moved where you must bring a Printed Police Report (KROKA). You have already full comprehensive insurance as well as third party insurance ‎‎(protects the renter against a claim made by another person in the event of ‎any ‎damage or injury). In the unfortunate event of an accident or damage to the ‎vehicle, ‎the renter will be expected to pay the excess fee according to the rental agreement. Theft Protection Insurance (TPI) is an agreement by which a rental company agrees not to hold the renter responsible for theft but the renter should carry the responsibility if s/he violates the conditions such as leaving the vehicle in an empty area, forgetting the key inside the car or any kind of carelessness; therefore, we have the right to charge the renter for any loss or damage that may be caused due to carelessness. All accidents must be reported to the Traffic Police CALL 911/112 and Right-Cars car rental -‎‎‎Jordan before the vehicle is moved (As you must bring a Printed Police Report called (KROKA), without bringing the Printed Police Report (KROKA), you will be responsible for full value and all of the liabilities even if you have any additional insurance coverage. For any an accident, whether with or without the involvement of an identified Third Party, you are required to present an accident report form by law from the police within 24 hours, in order to have the vehicle insurance covered. In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the car on the tow truck is at the expense of the customer!

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50.00 USD is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required. Also in case of car accident an Admin Fee of 200 US$ wether it's the customer's fault or not.

Cleaning Policy

At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 200.00 USD will be chargeable.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy

If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.

Unused Days

Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Right Cars is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency.
