Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 20 and the maximum age limit is 75
All drivers must meet our age and licence requirements (typically 25–74 years with 1 year full, valid licence; local variations may apply). A Young/Senior Driver Surcharge applies outside the standard age range. If the applicable surcharge was declared at the time of booking, it’s already included in your price; if not declared, it will be payable at the desk. If a driver does not meet the age/licence rules, the rental may be refused or re-priced and any prepayment may be non-refundable.

Driving Licence
Drivers must present a full valid national licence at time of rental and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. Drivers Aged 21 to 75 must have held a Full Driving Licence for A minimum of 1 Years to Rent a vehicle, International driver licence if drivers come from a EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRY your local full driving license is enough to drive. Your local full driving license is also valid for countries which are listed as contracting parties in the Convention on Road Traffic, Vienna 1968. In case you come from any other country, (also USA / AUSTRALIA / CANADA) you need, without exception, an INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE.

Fuel And Mileage
Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy We supply the vehicle with a recorded fuel level and you must return it at the same level. If it’s returned short, we’ll refuel it and charge the pump price for the missing fuel plus an administration/refuelling fee of 50 Euro to cover our time and logistics. No credit is given for returning with more fuel than supplied. Fair-use mileage: Our rates include up to 200 km per rental day on average. We calculate this by dividing the total kilometres driven by the total number of rental days (part-days count as full days). If your average exceeds 200 km/day without prior authorisation, we may treat this as excessive use and apply excess-mileage charges at the published per-km rate or re-rate the rental to an appropriate tariff. If you expect higher usage, please tell us before collection.

If there isnt, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if its safe to do so. - If you believe is too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on and call Right Cars immediately at Tel. 30 6980382293

Admin Fee
A standard admin fee of 75.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.
Cleaning Policy
At Zezgo Rent A Car, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning fee up to 80EUR will be chargeable.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.
Flight Delay Policy
Client More Than 2 Hours after pickup time or Delayed If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.
Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicles documents are lost , the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement documents. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement.
Unused Days
Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation

Late Return Policy
For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. TL International Group T/A Zezgo Rent A Car do not accept liability for any charges incurred on documentation signed for and accepted locally. TL International Group T/A Zezgo Rent A Car l are not to be held responsible for hirer or authorised named drivers found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or causing wilful damage by driving off road, racing or driving without due care and attention. The hirer will be fully responsible in respect of any claims or costs. Hirer is responsible for the entire amount of the damage without damage excess limitations and all associated costs and legal costs incurred due to such behaviour. This list is not exclusive. TL International Group T/A Zezgo Rent A Car act as an agent / intermediary for the hirer booking on www.zezgo-cars.com and associated websites. Booking confirmation vouchers will be issued to the hirer via email. All transactions are subject to VAT. If VAT invoices are required, these would need to be issued directly by the location servicing the rental once the booking has been serviced, and not by TL International Group T/A Zezgo Rent A Car. When comprehensive insurance is taken out it is to provide the hirer with entitlement to drive and covers the vehicle in the event of an accident.
