Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 15.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Policy
Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 20 and the maximum age limit is 75
All drivers must meet our age and licence requirements (typically 25–74 years with 1 year full, valid licence; local variations may apply). A Young/Senior Driver Surcharge applies outside the standard age range. If the applicable surcharge was declared at the time of booking, it’s already included in your price; if not declared, it will be payable at the desk. If a driver does not meet the age/licence rules, the rental may be refused or re-priced and any prepayment may be non-refundable.
Drivers aged from 20 to 23 incur a surcharge of 25.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 300.00 EUR
Drivers aged from 71 to 75 incur a surcharge of 25.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 300.00 EUR
Driving Licence
All drivers must hold a valid driving license from country of residence, any driving license written in a script other than Latin or Greek script must also provide an international driving permit (IDP).
Driver Identity
European Union Citizens only required to present their EU driving license with picture card. All other international citizens must provide additional ID in the form of a valid passport.
RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures
Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown is 0030 2813015014 and can also be found on your rental agreement. Accident or Breakdown - In the event of a breakdown, accident or mechanical difficulties, you must call us immediately. All repairs must be authorised by the location before proceeding, if necessary replacement cars will be provided by the location only. Please keep copies of all documentation you are asked to complete. This may be needed if you wish to make a claim. For accidents, renters must obtain a police report for meet insurance/waiver requirements. Renters must also obtain a copy of an incident report from the renting location. Accidents and/or damage occurring in Right Cars vehicles as a result of driver negligence or where the driver has tested positive for drugs or alcohol will not be covered by any insurance or waiver product sold to the customer by Right Cars, additionally the renter will not be entitled to a replacement vehicle.
Accident Instruction / Procedures
In the event of an accident the driver should contact the location immediately on 00302813015014. For accidents involving 3rd parties the driver where possible should obtain as many details regarding name address, nationality and if applicable company the car is rented from. Renter is responsible for obtaining a police report for all accidents. No insurance will cover customers who do not comply with the terms andamp; conditions, additionally no insurance will cover customers who drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. A police report is mandatory for all accidents, in the event a police report is not obtained the driver is solely responsible for damage incurred to the right cars vehicle.

Admin Fee
A standard admin fee of 75.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required. In addition to the admin fee for every day a vehicle is off the road due to damage caused by customer there will be an additional charge of 40.00 EUR per day
Cleaning Policy
At Zezgo car rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning fee up to 80EUR will be chargeable.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Zezgo car rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.
Flight Delay Policy
Client More Than 2 Hours after pickup time or Delayed If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
Own Insurance
Customers who choose to use their own insurance must ensure that their policy provides comprehensive cover for the full value of the rental vehicle, including all costs associated with repair or replacement in the event of damage, theft, or total loss. The insurance must also cover any loss of rental income incurred while the vehicle is being repaired or replaced. In addition, the policy must include full public liability insurance, third-party cover, and full theft protection with replacement value. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the start of the rental. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rental being declined or the need to purchase coverage through our rental service. The details deposit and excess amounts are listed below

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.
Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicles documents are lost , the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement documents. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement.
Unused Days
Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy
For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
Collection Instructions
Starting from the exit of the arrivals gate: Please walk to the right following the pedestrian crossing. Please then follow the pedestrian street in the direction of the left. You will then enter the parking lot of all car rental companies. You will then meet an entrance of a public parking space in front of you but you will continue straight where you will see the inscription marker with the logo of Zezgo where you can see the distance on it in the direction of the left. General Details
All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. TL International Group T/A Zezgo do not accept liability for any charges incurred on documentation signed for and accepted locally. TL International Group T/A Zezgo are not to be held responsible for hirer or authorised named drivers found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or causing wilful damage by driving off road, racing or driving without due care and attention. The hirer will be fully responsible in respect of any claims or costs. Hirer is responsible for the entire amount of the damage without damage excess limitations and all associated costs and legal costs incurred due to such behaviour. This list is not exclusive. TL International Group T/A Zezgo Rent A Car act as an agent / intermediary for the hirer booking on www.right-cars.com and associated websites. Booking confirmation vouchers will be issued to the hirer via email. All transactions are subject to VAT. If VAT invoices are required, these would need to be issued directly by the location servicing the rental once the booking has been serviced, and not by TL International Group T/A Zezgo Rent A Car.
