Driving Licence

'The minimum age for renters on economic car categories is 21 years old. All drivers must have held their driving licence for at least 3 years otherwise young driver fee will be charged, 10,00 euro/day (VAT included) For young drivers from 21 to 24 years old additional fee of 10,00 euro/day (VAT included) is applicable. The maximum renters age for economic car categories is 73 years old (66+ years old must pay elder fee: 10 Euro/day(VAT included) ) The maximum renters age on luxury car categories and minivan (Mercedes Vito & VW Caravelle & Luxury Cars) is 73 years old. (66+ years old must pay elder fee: 40 Euro/day(VAT included) ) The minimum age for renters on luxury car categories and minivan (Mercedes Vito & VW Caravelle) is 24 years old. A valid Driving License and A valid Passport is required. International driver licence or government translation document is required if the driver’s licence is not written in english.

Additional Driver

Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle. It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void

Tyre Insurance

Tyres insurance is not included with the standard insurance. Tyre insurance can be purchased locally at the branch, The cost does vary on the vehicle selected. If for any reason you need to replace a tyre on the vehicle during the rental period you must replace with the same make and model of tyre fitted to the vehicle, otherwise you will be charge upon return

Glass Insurance

Glass insurance is not included with the standard insurance.

Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 10.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

The price quoted includes local tax at the current rate Current Rate of Tax is 20.00 %

Collision Damage Waiver

CDW is included in the rental price and comes with an excess as detailed in the invoice section. If you damage the vehicle you are liable up to the excess amount. If you have purcahsed excess insurance from a third party company and you damge the vehicle, we will provide you with an invoice, which will be deducted from your deposit amount and then you must claim back the value of the invoice frm your third party insurrance agent. Please note : Tyres, Glass and the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by this insurance

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown can be found on your rental agreement.

Accident Instruction / Procedures

Driver must contact the branch immediately, contact mobile always provided with rental agreement. A police report of the accident must be obtained, the Police report is mandatory, even if you have insurance. Driver must call police to have it, without moving the vehicle anywhere or the insurance will be void and you will become liable for the full costs. Driver licence, car licence and insurance policy (picture, copy) of the other vehicle or vehicles which were involved in the accident. Photos of the vehicle or vehicles with different angles that show the accident, also the vehicle or vehicles licence plate must in the group of photos. Call 155 for Police, 156 for Highway patrol, 112 for Ambulance, this is also provided on the rental agreement.

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 10.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

If a vehicle is returned early we do not refund for any unsued rental days

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 90mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

Collection Instructions

When the customers cleared from customs our colleagues welcomes them with Zezgo sign and full name of the customer out of terminal at arrival gate. We take customers from arrival exit gate to our station with their car. It takes only 3 – 4 minutes by car from terminal to our station. After arrive to our station we fill rental agreement and deliver the car. 11

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency.
