Policy
Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 75
All drivers must meet our age and licence requirements (typically 25–74 years with 1 year full, valid licence; local variations may apply). A Young/Senior Driver Surcharge applies outside the standard age range. If the applicable surcharge was declared at the time of booking, it’s already included in your price; if not declared, it will be payable at the desk. If a driver does not meet the age/licence rules, the rental may be refused or re-priced and any prepayment may be non-refundable.
Drivers aged from 71 to 75 incur a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 70.00 EUR
Drivers aged from 21 to 24 incur a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 70.00 EUR
Driving Licence
Drivers must present a full valid national licence at time of rental and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. Drivers Aged 21 to 75 must have held a Full Driving Licence for A minimum of 1 Years to Rent a vehicle, International driver licence
if drivers come from a EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRY your local full driving license is enough to drive. Your local full driving license is also valid for countries which are listed as contracting parties in the Convention on Road Traffic, Vienna 1968. In case you come from any other country, (also USA / AUSTRALIA / CANADA) you need, without exception, an INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE.

Fuel And Mileage
Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental
We supply the vehicle with a recorded fuel level and you must return it at the same level. If it’s returned short, we’ll refuel it and charge the pump price for the missing fuel plus an administration/refuelling fee of 50 Euro to cover our time and logistics. No credit is given for returning with more fuel than supplied.

If there isnt, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if its safe to do so. - If you believe is too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on and call Right Cars immediately at Tel. 30 6980382293

One Way Rentals
One Way Rentals Are Not permitted
Admin Fee
A standard €50 administration fee (incl. VAT where applicable) is charged to cover our internal costs when we must process third-party charges or additional services after your rental begins—for example handling traffic/parking fines or toll notices, arranging refuelling charges, managing damage/repair invoices, issuing contract amendments, or similar paperwork. The fee is per item/notice and is separate from the underlying charge (e.g., the fine, toll, fuel or repair cost). We won’t apply this fee where the charge arises from our error.
Cleaning Policy
Vehicles must be returned in a reasonable, clean condition. If the vehicle is excessively dirty beyond fair wear and tear—e.g., heavy mud/sand, interior stains or spills, strong odours (including smoke), food waste, pet hair, or any biohazard—we will apply a cleaning/valeting fee and, where required, specialist odour/biohazard treatment costs. These charges are separate from any damage costs and are based on the condition at return, supported by check-in photos.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
Pets are not permitted in our vehicles. If a vehicle is returned with signs of pet carriage (e.g., hair, odour, scratches, stains), we will apply a cleaning/valeting fee and, if required, specialist odour/allergen treatment and repair costs. This does not restrict legally recognised assistance dogs (please notify us in advance); the vehicle must still be returned clean and free of hair/odour or the same charges may apply.
Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any vehicle. If we detect evidence of smoking (e.g., odour, ash, residue, burn marks), we will apply a full valeting/deep-clean charge (including odour neutralisation) and recover loss-of-use (loss of income) for the time the vehicle is off-fleet for cleaning/repair, calculated at the prevailing daily rental rate. Any burns or damage to upholstery, trim or headliner will be charged separately as damage.
Flight Delay Policy
Client More Than 2 Hours after pickup time or Delayed If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
Key replacement policy: If the key/key-fob is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned, you are liable for (i) the cost of a replacement key/fob, including cutting/programming/coding and courier; (ii) any related repairs (e.g., lock/ignition/barrel or immobiliser work, window/door repairs if access is required); and (iii) loss-of-use (loss of income) for the period the vehicle is off fleet awaiting the new key/repairs, charged at the prevailing daily rental rate. If recovery or a locksmith is needed, their actual costs also apply, plus our standard €50 administration fee per incident. For security, never leave keys in the vehicle or visible when unattended.
Lost Document Policy
ost document policy: If any vehicle documents or equipment are lost, stolen or damaged during your rental—e.g., registration/permit papers, insurance card/Green Card, accident form, breakdown card, toll tag/transponder or vignette—you are liable for replacement/reissue costs, any courier/expedite fees, and our standard €50 administration fee per item. If the loss prevents the vehicle from being legally used (e.g., missing registration/toll device), we may also charge loss-of-use (loss of income) for the time off fleet. You must notify us immediately and, in cases of theft, provide a police report/reference. You remain responsible for tolls/charges incurred on a missing toll device until you report the loss to us.
Unused Days
Unused days / early return: If you return the vehicle earlier than scheduled, unused rental days are non-refundable. This also applies to pre-purchased options and protection packages once the rental has started. Prices and discounts are based on the booked duration and do not reduce if you shorten the rental. If you need the car longer, please request an extension before your return time (subject to availability and the then-current rate).
E-Voucher
-vouchers: We do not accept e-vouchers, voucher codes, gift cards, or digital coupons as payment, deposit, or guarantee at the counter. If you hold a broker/OTA e-voucher, it is not cash-equivalent—you must pay the full rental charges and deposit on an accepted payment card in the main driver’s name (capable of pre-authorisation). Any refund or credit related to an e-voucher is handled directly by the issuing company, not by us.

Late Return Policy
We allow a 2-hour grace period after the agreed return time. If the vehicle is returned more than 2 hours late, we will charge an additional rental day at the prevailing daily rate (including any selected protections and optional extras) plus our standard €50 administration fee to amend the contract. Extensions are subject to availability; please contact us before your return time if you need more time.

General Details
All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. TL International Group T/A zezgo Rentals do not accept liability for any charges incurred on documentation signed for and accepted locally. TL International Group T/A Right Cars Global are not to be held responsible for hirer or authorised named drivers found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or causing wilful damage by driving off road, racing or driving without due care and attention. The hirer will be fully responsible in respect of any claims or costs. Hirer is responsible for the entire amount of the damage without damage excess limitations and all associated costs and legal costs incurred due to such behaviour. This list is not exclusive. TL International Group T/A Zezgo act as an agent / intermediary for the hirer booking on www.right-cars.com and associated websites. Booking confirmation vouchers will be issued to the hirer via email. All transactions are subject to VAT. If VAT invoices are required, these would need to be issued directly by the location servicing the rental once the booking has been serviced, and not by TL International Group T/A Zezgol. When comprehensive insurance is taken out it is to provide the hirer with entitlement to drive and covers the vehicle in the event of an accident. In the case where the hirer is found negligent TL International Group T/A Zezgo Global and its locations reserve the right to pursue the hirer for the recovery of all losses incurred.
