Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 0 and the maximum age limit is 85

Drivers aged from 66 to 85 incur a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 30.00 EUR
Drivers aged from 21 to 24 incur a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 30.00 EUR
Drivers aged from 0 to 0 incur a surcharge of .00 EUR

Driving Licence

The renter have to be in possession of a valid driving license. International driving licence is not required at this location. Driver licence has to be at valid at least 1 year...

Driver Identity

The renter have to be in possession of a valid passport. and driving license.

Additional Driver

Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown can be found on your rental agreement and also here+212522980999 or +212662119457 or +212622595505 or +212661411389 In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us for free. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the injured car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

Accident Instruction / Procedures

In the event of an accident please call immediately +212522980999 or +212662119457 or +212622595505 or +212661411389 to report it For any an accident, whether with or without the involvement of an identified Third Party, you are required to present an accident report form by law from the police within 24 hours, in order to have the vehicle insurance covered. In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals are permitted to the following branches on payment of the fees listed

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50 Euro is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Cleaning Policy

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable, plus our standard admin fee of 50 Euro.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Inside your rental vehicle there are legal documents which you are required by law to hold in the vehicle. Should these documents go missing during the rental period, you will be liable for a replacement cost of 100 Euro plus our standard admin fee of 50 Euro

Unused Days

If you return your vehicle early, any unused days are not refundable

Late Return Policy

If you return the vehicle more than 2 hours later than the agreed return time you will incur and extra days rental charge plus and admin fee of 50 EUR

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Right Cars is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency. Driving on unpaved or unauthorized roads will result in your insurance coverage will be terminated automatically
