Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 75

Drivers aged from 21 to 24 incur a surcharge of 10.00 USD per day to a maximum charge of 300.00 USD
Drivers aged from 66 to 75 incur a surcharge of 15.00 USD per day to a maximum charge of 300.00 USD

Driving Licence

"The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental. All non-UAE residents are required to hold a valid International Driving Permit along with their national driver license, except drivers holding a driver license from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA. Driver licenses from the following country(ies): Greece, Japan, South Korea, Turkey will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, visitors visa."

If there isn’t, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if it’s safe to do so. - If you believe it’s too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on – and Call/WhatsApp us immediately at +971 50 766 71 77/ +971 54 781 88 35 / +971 4 577 00 94/ +971 50 907 99 88.

Flight Delay Policy

"If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 120 minutes after their booking collection time. The customer have to contact us even there is a flight details provided, also, if the customer didn't contact us or answer our SMS, then the booking will be canceled within 120 minutes from the booking collection time."
