Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 53.50 USD. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

The price quoted includes local tax at the current rate Current Rate of Tax is 7.00 %

Additional Driver

Additional drivers are not included in any rental rate package A Maximum of 3 additional drivers may be added to the rental contract at a cost of 14.99 USD excluding tax each, per day each day per rental, provided that any additional names driver meets the driving licence criteria. Additional drivers can only be added for the full duration of the rental. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driving licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
A Total of 2 additional drivers may be added , the charges for which are detailed below

Supplemental Liability Insurance

Supplemental Liability Insurance will extend your liability coverage to $500.000 and will reduce your security deposit down to 250.

Third Party Insurance

TPL is not included in the cost of the rental. Proof of third- party liability for minimum 300.000 coverage will be required at the counter. TPL is available for purchase at the counter depending on vehicle acriss code or category as follows: ECAR-CCAR USD 39.99 plus tax a day, ICAR-FCAR USD 44.99 a day plus tax, XXAR-SFAR 49.99 a day plus tax. Third party insurance is now included in your rental.

Collision Damage Waiver

This is not included in the cost of the rental. The customer must provide his own CDW to cover the vehicle. This CDW can be provided by the credit card, personal insurance (we only accept Geico, Allstate, state farm, liberty mutual, progressive and USAA) or waiver protection offered by the third-party website (remember third party website insurance only covers CDW so proof of Third-party liability for minimum 300.000 coverage will be required. TPL is available for purchase at the counter). CDW with 5.000 deductible is available for purchase at the counter depending on vehicle acriss code or category as follows: ECAR-CCAR USD 39.99 a day plus tax, ICAR- FCAR for USD 49.99 a day plus tax, SFAR-XXAR for USD 59.99 a day plus tax. Please note: In common the coverage does not cover damage to windows, tires, the roof, underside If the customer purchases our CDW (5000 deductible) any damages to our vehicle over $5.000 will be covered and the first $5.000 will be customers responsibility. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in our insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental. Any claim to our insurance must have a police report in order to be accepted and covered. If the driver involved in the accident is not listed in our rental agreement or is under influence of any substance any protection purchased will become invalid.

RoadSide Assistance / Mechanical Breakdown Cover

Roadside assistance / Breakdown Cover due to driver negligence, i.e. miss fueling, driver fault accident, flat tire, low battery etc. is not Included in the Rental Price Quoted and is available for purchase at the rental desk for USD 10.99 a day plus tax.

Baby Seat

Baby Seats are available for rent, subject to availability, at a rate of 12.84 USD per rental day

Driver Age Restrictions

Driving Licence

Drivers must present a fully valid national licence at time of rental with no major endorsements and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. International driving licence is required for customers whose licence is not written in Roman alphabet. (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Original license without translation will not be accepted and the rental reservation maybe cancelled.

Driver Identity

The customer must bring a valid driver's license, no temporary licenses will be accepted and Passport or Identification card. A valid credit card or debit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

In a case of a breakdown please call our office to arrange the towing. This service is free if the vehicle suffer any mechanical malfunction.

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Admin Fee

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all garaging and congestion charges, parking and other traffic fines and penalties, and toll fees / road tax (if not specified otherwise) incurred during the rental period. All such charges will be forwarded to you along with any administrative charges from us or the Supplier. The Administration Fee applies as follows: USD $50 plus tax for parking and toll tickets, USD$150 plus tax for traffic fines, USD$500 plus tax for towing fee plus the amount of the tow.

Cleaning Policy

At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

"No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 500 USD plus tax will be chargeable."

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time in office opening hours.

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy

If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.

Unused Days

Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60 minutes from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not at the booking rate.

Collection Instructions

Once you pick up your luggage, please GO TO THE CAR RENTAL CENTER, go outside to the bus stations and look for THE STATION WITH THE LETTER G (OFF AIRPORT CAR RENTALS). Look for the black shuttle with RC/ZEZGO/NU on the side as this is a sharing shuttle service and mention to them you are going to Right Cars. The shuttle loops every 15-20 minutes from 3:00am until 12:00am.

"If the renter chooses to use their own personal auto insurance and the ID card declaration page provided don’t have enough information to proof coverage then own insurance verification fee of 49.99 USD plus tax will apply to cover the administrative and verification costs associated with reviewing and ensuring that the provided insurance meets our rental requirements (A valid insurance policy that explicitly covers rental vehicles, proof of full coverage, including liability, collision, and comprehensive protection, Coverage from an accepted insurance provider licensed to operate in the state where the rental is issued).
