Supplemental Liability Insurance

Collision Damage Waiver

Collision Damage waiver is not included in the price. The customer is responsible for all the damages done to the vehicle. If the customer purchases our CDW (5000 deductible) any damages to our vehicle over $5.000 will be covered and the first $5.000 will be customers responsibility. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in our insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental. Any claim to our insurance must have a police report in order to be accepted and covered. If the driver involved in the accident is not listed in our rental agreement or is under influence of any substance any protection purchased will become invalid.

Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 99

Driving Licence

'Drivers must present a fully valid national licence at time of rental with no major endorsements and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. International driving licence is required for customers whose licence is not written in Roman alphabet. (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Original license without translation will not be accepted and the rental reservation maybe cancelled.

Driver Identity

'The customer must bring a valid driver's license, no temporary licenses will be accepted and Passport or Identification card. A valid credit card or debit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

Fuel Policy

The fuel policy at this branch is same to same, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at 7.00 USD plus tax per gallon plus an admin fee of 50.00 USD plus tax. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

In a case of a breakdown please call our office to arrange the towing. This service is free if the vehicle suffer any mechanical malfunction.

Accident Instruction / Procedures

Please call 911 to make a report, take photos (third party damages, rented vehicle) and call our office to report the accident.

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals are permitted to the following branches on payment of the fees listed

Admin Fee

Any traffic violations such as parking tickets will incur an administration fee of 50.00 USD plus tax.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

"No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 250.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable."

Smoking

"There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 250.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable."

Flight Delay Policy

'If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time in office opening hours.

Own Insurance

1) Security deposit - Customers using their own insurance: $1,000 security deposit is required for Non Florida residents, and $2,000 for Florida residents. 2) In order to use personal insurance you must provide your declaration page that includes liability and collision for non owned autos or recreational vehicles. Please note not all policies cover car rentals so we must check the declaration page in order to validate coverage. 3) If you are using your credit card CDW insurance please note that credit cards do not cover liability. If you are using credit card insurance you will still be required to buy liability insurance. 4) If you are using insurance purchased from the booking agents website like travelguard please note they only cover collision (CDW) they do not offer liability so you would still be required to buy liability insurance. Also booking agents like travelguard does not cover Florida residents if the accident is less than 100 miles from their primary address please review their terms and conditions for more information. 5) Insurance shown must be valid for a minimum of 45 days in order for it to be accepted. Insurance must be from the US in order to be used. 6) Proof of insurance must match name, last name and address from the drivers license of the main driver on rental. 7) If you wish to lower the security deposit please inquire at the counter for our options. 8) Florida residents please note, if the accident is less than 100 miles from your residence these types of polices do not cover you. Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

General Details

"All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of petrol are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles “off-road” (unpaved roads) will be the customer’s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Replacement or lost keys are not covered, client must replace or pay for replacement if lost or stolen."
