Driving Licence

Drivers must present a full valid national licence at time of rental and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 3 year. Drivers Aged 21 to 75 must have held a Full Driving Licence for A minimum of 1 Years to Rent a vehicle, International driver licence if drivers come from a EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRY your local full driving license is enough to drive. Your local full driving license is also valid for countries which are listed as contracting parties in the Convention on Road Traffic, Vienna 1968. In case you come from any other country, (also USA / AUSTRALIA / CANADA) you need, without exception, an INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE

Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 20.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

First thing to do is get it out of the way of traffic. If there’s a hard shoulder or Emergency bay / parking area you can pull into. If there isn’t, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if it’s safe to do so. - If you believe it’s too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on – and call Zezgo at +30 6 989 866 413

One Way Rentals

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 120.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 300.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 200.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

Client More Than 2 Hours after pickup time or Delayed If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

Collection Instructions

Please exit the arrival hall on the right to see the airport shuttle bus service. This is where you will see a mini bus with ZEZGO on the side waiting for you.

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.
