Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current rental desk price. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Collision Damage Waiver
This is not included in the cost of the rental. The customer must provide his own CDW to cover the vehicle. This CDW can be provided by the credit card, personal insurance (we only accept Geico, Allstate, state farm, liberty mutual, progressive and USAA) or waiver protection offered by the third-party website (remember third party website insurance only covers CDW so proof of Third-party liability for minimum 300.000 coverage will be required. TPL is available for purchase at the counter. CDW with 5.000 deductible is available for purchase at the counter depending on vehicle acriss code or category as follows: ECAR-CCAR USD 39.99 a day plus tax, ICAR- FCAR for USD 49.99 a day plus tax, SFAR-XXAR for USD 59.99 a day plus tax. Please note In common the coverage does not cover damage to windows, tires, the roof, underside and interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused negligently, willfully or recklessly as well as key, car documents, manual, lighter, wiper blade, cargo cover, tool kit, or registration plates or any parts stolen missing for the interior and exterior. If the customer purchases our CDW (5000 deductible) any damages to our vehicle over $5.000 will be covered and the first $5.000 will be customers responsibility. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in our insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental. Any claim to our insurance must have a police report in order to be accepted and covered. If the driver involved in the accident is not listed in our rental agreement or is under influence of any substance any protection purchased will become invalid.

Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 80<br> The Minimum Driving Age for rental is 21. (underage driver fee $50/day plus tax for drivers from 21 to 25 years old) The Maximum Driving Age for this rental is 80 (senior fee 12.99/day plus tax applies for drivers over 70 years old)<br>Drivers aged from 21 to 25 incur a surcharge of 53.50 USD per rental day <br>Drivers aged from 71 to 80 incur a surcharge of 13.90 USD per rental day <br>
Driving Licence
Drivers must present a fully valid national driver licence at the time of rental with no major endorsements and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. International driving licence is required for customers whose licence is not written in Roman alphabet. (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Original license without translation will not be accepted and the rental reservation maybe cancelled.
Driver Identity
The customer must bring a valid drivers license, no temporary licenses will be accepted and Passport or Identification card. A valid credit card or debit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

Accident Instruction / Procedures
&#039;In the event of an accident the customer must return the vehicle along with a police report and a claim number (the customer must initiate the claim through their insurance, if the customer opted to use their own insurance). If the customer does not provide a police report, all insurances purchased under Right Cars will be considered null and void.

Admin Fee
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all garaging and congestion charges, parking and other traffic fines and penalties, and toll fees / road tax (if not specified otherwise) incurred during the rental period. All such charges will be forwarded to you along with any administrative charges from us or the Supplier. The Administration Fee applies as follows: USD $50 plus tax for parking and toll tickets, USD$150 plus tax for traffic fines, USD$500 plus tax for towing fee plus the amount of the tow.
Cleaning Policy
At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
"No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 500 USD plus tax will be chargeable."
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.
Flight Delay Policy
If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.
Unused Days
Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy
For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60 minutes from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not at the booking rate.
