Tyre Insurance

Tyres insurance is not included with the standard insurance. Tyre insurance can be purchased locally at the branch, The cost does vary on the vehicle selected. If for any reason you need to replace a tyre on the vehicle during the rental period you must replace with the same make and model of tyre fitted to the vehicle, otherwise you will be charge upon return

Glass Insurance

Glass insurance is not included with the standard insurance.

Supplemental Liability Insurance is not included in the price but can be purchased locally at the rental desk

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

Call our 24hrs roadside assistance at 888 927 3228 or our local number at 876 754-1152. Our roadside assistance number is displayed on the windshield of all our rental vehicles.

Accident Instruction / Procedures

1. In case of an accident, once able, a customer should call office, roadside assistance or the police to the scene. An accident fact sheet is given to the customer on pickup of the vehicle, this sheet should be completed and pictures taken of vehicle documents for any third party involved. A formal report of the accident must be made at a police station within 24 hrs. after the accident. ALL ACCIDENTS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE OFFICE.

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer during opening hours, if customer is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
