Driving Licence
'You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver's License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver's License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers. You are not allowed to have committed any major traffic violations. An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver's License if the National Driver's License you or any of the Additional Drivers hold is not clearly identifiable as a Driver's License, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese).
Driver Identity
'The customer must bring a valid driver's license. Temporary licenses, expired license, photocopies or digital photos won't be accepted no exceptions. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

Fuel Policy
The fuel policy at this branch is same to same, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at 8.50 USD per gallon plus tax plus an admin fee of 50.00 USD. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Accident Instruction / Procedures
'In the event of an accident the customer must return the vehicle along with a police report and a claim number (the customer must initiate the claim through their insurance, if the customer opted to use their own insurance). If the customer does not provide a police report, all insurances purchased under Zezgo will be considered null and void.

Any traffic violations such as parking tickets will incur an administration fee of 50.00 USD.
Cleaning Policy
At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
"No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 350.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable."
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.
Flight Delay Policy
'If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
Own Insurance
1) Security deposit - Customers using their own insurance: $1,000 security deposit is required for Non Florida residents, and $2,000 for Florida residents. 2) In order to use personal insurance you must provide your declaration page that includes liability and collision for non owned autos or recreational vehicles. Please note not all policies cover car rentals so we must check the declaration page in order to validate coverage. 3) If you are using your credit card CDW insurance please note that credit cards do not cover liability. If you are using credit card insurance you will still be required to buy liability insurance. 4) If you are using insurance purchased from the booking agents website like travelguard please note they only cover collision (CDW) they do not offer liability so you would still be required to buy liability insurance. Also booking agents like travelguard does not cover Florida residents if the accident is less than 100 miles from their primary address please review their terms and conditions for more information. 5) Insurance shown must be valid for a minimum of 45 days in order for it to be accepted. Insurance must be from the US in order to be used. 6) Proof of insurance must match name, last name and address from the drivers license of the main driver on rental. 7) If you wish to lower the security deposit please inquire at the counter for our options. 8) Florida residents please note, if the accident is less than 100 miles from your residence these types of polices do not cover you. Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.
Unused Days
Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy
For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
Collection Instructions
Thank you for choosing us! For pick-up, please proceed to the arrivals level and look for a large pink pylon labeled “LAX Shuttles.” Wait at this sign and board the blue “LAX Economy Parking” shuttle. This shuttle will take you to the LAX Economy Parking Garage. Once there, exit the shuttle and follow the signs to the “Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area” on Level 1, near the vending machines on the southeast side. General Details
"All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of petrol are not included. Right-cars is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles “off-road” (unpaved roads) will be the customer’s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Replacement or lost keys are not covered, client must replace or pay for replacement if lost or stolen."
