Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 15.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Collision Damage Waiver

Collision Damage Waiver with excess is included in the costs of the rental Please note In common the coverage does not cover damage to windows tyres roof underside or any accident damage without third parties involved

Additional Driver

A Maximum of 3 additional drivers may be added to the rental contract at a cost of 25 00 or 35 00 EUR depending on the category of the vehicle each per rental Each Addtional Driver must meet the driving licence criteria Additional drivers can only be added for the full duration of the rental All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void in particular If an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driving licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim <br>A Total of 2 additional drivers may be added , the charges for which are detailed below

Driver Age Restrictions

Driving Licence

Drivers must present a full valid national license at the time of the rental and must have held the license for a minimum period of 3 years. Translated or Internationals driver license is required if the driver license is not written in the Latin alphabet.

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 45.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have been given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer during office hours, if the customer is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next day. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking pick-up time.

Unused Days

If a vehicle is returned early we do not refund for any unsued rental days

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

Collection Instructions

When your flight arrives in Larnaca Airport we will contact you to arrange a meeting point in the airport. In case we can not contact you, We will meet you in the arrivals hall, holding a Zezgo Board with your name on it. When you arrive at the Zezgo Larnaca Office you will inspect together with a member of the Zezgo team your rental car, sign the required documents, pay the amount due, collect your complementary guide and maps and drive away. General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency. Driving on unpaved or unauthorized roads will result in your insurance coverage will be terminated automatically
