Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is same to same, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at 7.00 USD plus tax per gallon plus an admin fee of 50.00 USD plus tax. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Collision Damage Waiver

Collision Damage waiver is not included in the price. The customer is responsible for all the damages done to the vehicle. If the customer purchases our CDW (5000 deductible) any damages to our vehicle over $5.000 will be covered and the first $5.000 will be customers responsibility. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in our insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental. Any claim to our insurance must have a police report in order to be accepted and covered. If the driver involved in the accident is not listed in our rental agreement or is under influence of any substance any protection purchased will become invalid.

Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 99

Driving Licence

'Drivers must present a fully valid national licence at time of rental with no major endorsements and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. International driving licence is required for customers whose licence is not written in Roman alphabet. (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Original license without translation will not be accepted and the rental reservation maybe cancelled.

Driver Identity

'The customer must bring a valid driver's license, no temporary licenses will be accepted and Passport or Identification card. A valid credit card or debit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

In a case of a breakdown please call our office to arrange the towing. This service is free if the vehicle suffer any mechanical malfunction.

'Please call 911 to make a report, take photos (third party damages, rented vehicle) and call our office to report the accident.

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Admin Fee

Any traffic violations such as parking tickets will incur an administration fee of 50.00 USD plus tax.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

"No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 250.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable."

Smoking

"There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 250.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable."

Flight Delay Policy

'If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time in office opening hours.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

Collection Instructions

Thank you for choosing ZEZGO rent a car in Orlando, Florida. Once you have arrived and retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please proceed down to ground transportation. If you are on the A side of the airport, please wait for the shuttle between a11-a13. If you are on the B side of the airport, please wait between b11-b13. and call us to arrange the pick up to 833-469-3946 Once the shuttle picks you up at the designated location, you will be transported to our facility which is just a short distance away.

General Details

"All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of petrol are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles “off-road” (unpaved roads) will be the customer’s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Replacement or lost keys are not covered, client must replace or pay for replacement if lost or stolen."
