Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 99

Driving Licence

Drivers must present a fully valid national license at time of rental with no major endorsements and must have held the license for a minimum period of 1 year. International driving license is required for customers whose license is not written in Roman alphabet. (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Original license without translation will not be accepted and the rental reservation maybe cancelled."

Driver Identity

The customer must bring a valid driving license. Temporary licenses, expired license, photocopies or digital photos will not be accepted no exceptions. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

Fuel And Mileage

Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is same to same, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at 8.50 USD per gallon plus tax plus an admin fee of 50.00 USD. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

In a case of a breakdown please call our office to arrange the towing. This service is free if the vehicle suffer any mechanical malfunction.

Accident Instruction / Procedures

Please call 911 to make a report, take photos (third party damages, rented vehicle) and call our office to report the accident. "In the event of an accident the customer must return the vehicle along with a police report and a claim number (the customer must initiate the claim through their insurance, if the customer opted to use their own insurance). If the customer does not provide a police report, all insurances purchased under Zezgo will be considered null and void."

Cleaning Policy

At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

"No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 350.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable."

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time in office opening hours.

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy

If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.

Unused Days

Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

For pickup please head to the 3rd level and follow the signs for the "Car Rental Center". You will need to board the train inside the airport called "MIA Mover".On the same level follow the "Off Airport courtesy shuttles" sign and look for the Shuttle station 1. General Details

"All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of petrol are not included. Right-cars is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles “off-road” (unpaved roads) will be the customer’s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Replacement or lost keys are not covered, client must replace or pay for replacement if lost or stolen."
