Driving Licence

All drivers must hold a valid driving license from country of residence, any driving license written in a script other than Latin or Greek script must also provide an international driving permit (IDP). The official required language is English.

Driver Identity

European Union Citizens only required to present their EU driving license with picture card. All other international citizens must provide additional ID in the form of a valid passport.

Additional Driver

Fuel Policy

The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 50 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

'Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown is +35679421630 and can also be found on your rental agreement. Accident or Breakdown - In the event of a breakdown, accident or mechanical difficulties, you must call us immediately. All repairs must be authorised by the location before proceeding, if necessary replacement cars will be provided by the location only. Please keep copies of all documentation you are asked to complete. This may be needed if you wish to make a claim. For accidents, renters must obtain a police report for meet insurance/waiver requirements. Renters must also obtain a copy of an incident report from the renting location. Accidents and/or damage occurring in ZEZGO vehicles as a result of driver negligence or where the driver has tested positive for drugs or alcohol will not be covered by any insurance or waiver product sold to the customer by ZEZGO, additionally the renter will not be entitled to a replacement vehicle. Hirer must inform breakdown office of the name of the street location and the registration number of the vehicle.

Accident Instruction / Procedures

'In the event of an accident the driver should contact the location immediately on +035679421630 noting the name of the street, the location and the vehicle registration number. For accidents involving 3rd parties the driver is to obtain as many details regarding the name, address, identity number and other vehicle registration number. The renter is responsible for obtaining the police / warden report for all accidents.

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

Client More Than 1 Hours after pickup time or Delayed If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours,. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 1 hrs after their booking collection time.

Unused Days

If a vehicle is returned early we do not refund for any unsued rental days

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 15mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged a late return fee of €82.60c

Collection Instructions

Upon arrival go to the exit door of the airport building, under the sign (BUS SERVICE), keep walking on your right and follow the blue sign (PARK EAST/RENTAL CAR OFFICES). Please note you have to cross the road to the building, inside the building take a lift to Levl 1 / Rental Cars Offices Parking, you will find our office on the left hand side with Zezgo logo.

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. ZEZGO is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency.
