Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 25.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle

CDW is included in the rental price and comes with an excess as detailed in the invoice section If you damage the vehicle you are liable up to the excess amount If you have purchased excess insurance from a third party company and you damage the vehicle we will provide you with an invoice which will be deducted from your deposit amount and then you must claim back the value of the invoice from your third party insurance agent Please note Tyres Glass and the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by this insurance

Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown can be found on your rental agreement and also here +212524435757 or +212662076024 or +212666574195 or +212662233969 In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us for free. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the injured car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

Accident Instruction / Procedures

For any an accident, whether with or without the involvement of an identified Third Party, you are required to present an accident report form by law from the police within 24 hours, in order to have the vehicle insurance covered. One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals are permitted to the following branches on payment of the fees listed

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50 Euro is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable, plus our standard admin fee of 50 Euro.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Inside your rental vehicle there are legal documents which you are required by law to hold in the vehicle. Should these documents go missing during the rental period, you will be liable for a replacement cost of 100 Euro plus our standard admin fee of 50 Euro

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Right Cars is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation.
