Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void

Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided 24/7, the number to call in case of breakdown can be found on your rental agreement and also here +212524435757 or +212662076024 or +212666574195 or +212662233969 In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us for free. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the injured car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

Accident Instruction / Procedures

For any an accident, whether with or without the involvement of an identified Third Party, you are required to present an accident report form by law from the police within 24 hours, in order to have the vehicle insurance covered. In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals are permitted to the following branches on payment of the fees listed

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50 Euro is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Cleaning Policy

At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 100.00 EUR will be chargeable, plus our standard admin fee of 50 Euro.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Own Insurance

Customers who choose to use their own insurance must ensure that their policy provides comprehensive cover for the full value of the rental vehicle, including all costs associated with repair or replacement in the event of damage, theft, or total loss. The insurance must also cover any loss of rental income incurred while the vehicle is being repaired or replaced. In addition, the policy must include full public liability insurance, third-party cover, and full theft protection with replacement value. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the start of the rental. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rental being declined or the need to purchase coverage through our rental service. The details deposit and excess amounts are listed below

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy

If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.

Lost Document Policy

Inside your rental vehicle there are legal documents which you are required by law to hold in the vehicle. Should these documents go missing during the rental period, you will be liable for a replacement cost of 100 Euro plus our standard admin fee of 50 Euro

Unused Days

Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. TL International Group T/A Right Cars Global Rentals do not accept liability for any charges incurred on documentation signed for and accepted locally. TL International Group T/A Right Cars Global are not to be held responsible for hirer or authorised named drivers found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or causing wilful damage by driving off road, racing or driving without due care and attention. The hirer will be fully responsible in respect of any claims or costs. Hirer is responsible for the entire amount of the damage without damage excess limitations and all associated costs and legal costs incurred due to such behaviour. This list is not exclusive. TL International Group T/A Right Cars Global act as an agent / intermediary for the hirer booking on www.right-cars.com and associated websites. Booking confirmation vouchers will be issued to the hirer via email. All transactions are subject to VAT. If VAT invoices are required, these would need to be issued directly by the location servicing the rental once the booking has been serviced, and not by TL International Group T/A Right Cars Global. When comprehensive insurance is taken out it is to provide the hirer with entitlement to drive and covers the vehicle in the event of an accident.
