Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is full to full, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. On rare occasions, where providing a vehicle with a full tank of fuel has not been possible, we expect the Vehicle to be returned with the same level of fuel as hired. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 25.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

Breakdown Instructions / in the event of a breakdown what MUST a customer do?? For the duration of the Rental Period the Vehicle will have the benefit of our Breakdown Coverage for any mechanical faults that may occur for the duration of the rental period. In order to benefit from the breakdown coverage, you will need to call the number set out on the Rental Agreement. If the vehicle breaks down during the Rental Period we will, as soon as possible, recover and repair the Vehicle. If the Vehicle cannot be repaired we may provide a replacement vehicle, subject to availability and circumstances. If the breakdown is caused by your negligence, fault or by that of an Approved Driver or arises as a result of a breach of the Rental Agreement you will be responsible for the full cost of the repair and recovery plus an administration fee for handling the claim and any other associated costs. Please note that by Breakdown is not included • Putting in the wrong fuel • If the Vehicle runs out of fuel • Tyre damage • Loss or locked-in keys • Damage to the clutch • Flat battery • Towing and recovery charges Also this option does not include the cost of any replacement parts or labor for fitting these parts and any damage done to the vehicle not covered above or the admin fee for handling any claim.

Cleaning Policy

At Right Cars Global Rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. While pets are welcome, vehicles must be returned free from pet-related mess, including hair, dirt, or odors. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 75.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Right Cars Global Rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, IIf no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hours after their booking collection time.

Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy

If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.

Unused Days

Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Right Cars is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation.
