Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 80

Driving Licence

'Drivers must present a full valid national licence at time of rental and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. Drivers Aged 21 to 80 must have held a Full Driving Licence for A minimum of 1 Years to Rent a vehicle, International driver licence is required if the drivers licence is not written in the Latin alphabet.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

First thing to do is get it out of the way of traffic. If theres a hard shoulder or Emergency bay / parking area you can pull into. If there isnt, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if its safe to do so. - If you believe its too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on and call Zezgo Dominican Republic immediately at Tel. 1-809-273-1248 or 1-829-222-3320.

Flight Delay Policy

'If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
