Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is collect with a full tank of fuel and return with a full tank of fuel. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of fuel. No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 250.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable.

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 250.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable.

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

'If the key(s) or key fob(s) are not returned with the car, you may be charged additional fees, that include the cost of replacement of the item plus a processing fee (Key Replacement Fee). The minimum Key Replacement Fee is from $300.00 per key or key fob. Additional charges and fees may be applicable if the key of key fob replacement requires changing vehicle locks or additional programing to the vehicle. PROOF OF CHARGE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE EXACT COST AND FEES.

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
