Collision Damage Waiver

CDW is included in the rental price and comes with an excess as detailed in the invoice section. If you damage the vehicle you are liable up to the excess amount. If you have purcahsed excess insurance from a third party company and you damge the vehicle, we will provide you with an invoice, which will be deducted from your deposit amount and then you must claim back the value of the invoice frm your third party insurrance agent. Please note : Tyres, Glass and the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by this insurance

RoadSide Assistance / Mechanical Breakdown Cover

The price quoted includes breakdown cover.

Additional Driver

Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle. It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void

Tyre Insurance

Tyres insurance is not included with the standard insurance. Tyre insurance can be purchased locally at the branch, The cost does vary on the vehicle selected. If for any reason you need to replace a tyre on the vehicle during the rental period you must replace with the same make and model of tyre fitted to the vehicle, otherwise you will be charge upon return

Glass Insurance

Driver Age Restrictions

The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 18 and the maximum age limit is 99

Drivers aged from 85 to 99 incur a surcharge of 35.40 USD per day to a maximum charge of 590.00 USD
Drivers aged from 18 to 23 incur a surcharge of 35.40 USD per day to a maximum charge of 590.00 USD

Driving Licence

Drivers must present a full valid national licence at time of rental and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. Drivers Aged 21 to 85 must have held a Full Driving Licence for A minimum of 1 Years to Rent a vehicle.

Driver Identity

Foreigner/Visitor - Passport with valid Arrival stamp - Valid Driver’s licence (with English Translation or IDL) - Credit card - under renter’s name Local Renters - Valid Government issued ID - Valid Driver’s licence - Credit card - under renter’s name -A proff of billing under the renter name and address n of the Driving Licence or an International Driving Licence and Passport

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures

'First thing to do is get it out of the way of traffic. If there’s a hard shoulder or Emergency bay / parking area you can pull into. If there isn’t, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - If you believe it’s too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on – and call ZEZGO ST.MAARTEN immediately at Tel. 721 553-7843

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
