Policy
Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 18 and the maximum age limit is 99
Drivers aged from 21 to 24 incur a surcharge of 10.00 EUR per day to a maximum charge of 120.00 EUR
Driving Licence
Driving License must be at least 3 months old; US and China citizens should have international driving license or should sign statement that they know traffic law and rules (when they do not have IDL, they cannot buy CDW and SCDW)
Driver Identity
ID requirements: We need driving license to look at and compare the personal information from DL.
RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures
'In case of breakdown please contact branch where you have picked up the car and our employees will help your with that case or will prepare for you replacement vehicle.
Accident Instruction / Procedures
'The Event of an Accident: In every case please inform branch straight away. Call 112 if it’s collision. Take photos from accident place of the damage and anything that could be useful in a claim.
One Way Rentals
One Way Rentals Are Not permitted
Admin Fee
A standard admin fee of 50.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.
Flight Delay Policy
If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
