Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental
The fuel policy at this branch is collect with a full tank of fuel and return with a full tank of fuel. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of fuel. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 70.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Additional Driver
A Maximum of 3 additional drivers may be added to the rental contract at a cost of 10.00 EUR each per day to a maximum of 30.00 EUR each per rental. Each Addtional Driver must meet the driving licence criteria. Additional drivers can only be added for the full duration of the rental. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, If an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driving licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.

The Event of an Accident: In every case please inform branch straight away. Call 112 if it’s collision or emergency. Take photos from accident place of the damage and anything that could be useful in a claim.

Admin Fee
'A standard admin fee of 70.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.
Cleaning Policy
There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150.00 EUR will be chargeable.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy
If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Late Return Policy
For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
