Unlimited Mileage is included in the price of your rental The fuel policy at this branch is same to same. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of fuel. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 70.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

In case of breakdown please contact branch where you have picked up the car and our employees will help you with your case or will prepare for you a replacement vehicle.

Accident Instruction / Procedures

The Event of an Accident: In every case please inform branch straight away. Call 112 if it’s collision or emergency. Take photos from accident place of the damage and anything that could be useful in a claim.

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 150.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customers is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning. If no flight number has been given and the customer has not contacted us at the branch, then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle.
