Driver Age Restrictions

Driving Licence

"The renter have to be in possession of a valid driving license. International driving licence is not required at this location. Driver licence has to be at valid at least 2 year. Please note that this provider does not accept photocopies or digital documents. If your driver's license is written in the non-Roman alphabet (Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.), it must be supplemented by an international driving permit."

Additional Driver

Only the Renter is permitted to drive the vehicle. It is illegal to allow anyone else to drive the vehicle and your insurance will become void

Tyre Insurance

Tyres insurance is not included with the standard insurance. Tyre insurance can be purchased locally at the branch, The cost does vary on the vehicle selected. If for any reason you need to replace a tyre on the vehicle during the rental period you must replace with the same make and model of tyre fitted to the vehicle, otherwise you will be charge upon return

Glass Insurance

Glass insurance is not included with the standard insurance.

Unlimited Mileage

The price quoted includes Unlimited Mileage, Please note that this is subject to our fair usage policy which defines a limit of 200 miles/Km per day, miles/Km over 200 miles/Km a day will be chargeable at the current local rate

Fuel Policy

The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 25.00 EUR. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle, The customer cannot, under any circumstances, request a refund for the excess fuel level amount above the one at the time of delivery.

Local Taxes

The price quoted includes local tax at the current rate Current Rate of Tax is 20.00 %

Collision Damage Waiver

CDW is included in the rental price and comes with an excess as detailed in the invoice section. If you damage the vehicle you are liable up to the excess amount. If you have purcahsed excess insurance from a third party company and you damge the vehicle, we will provide you with an invoice, which will be deducted from your deposit amount and then you must claim back the value of the invoice frm your third party insurrance agent. Please note : Tyres, Glass and the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by this insurance

In Case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, the replacement vehicle is provided by us. In Case of fault accident, the replacement car will be charged to the customer with delivery costs. In case of fault accident, transport of the car on the tow truck is on the expense of the customer!

One Way Rentals

One Way Rentals Are Not permitted

Admin Fee

A standard admin fee of 50.00 EUR is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required.

Pets And Service Animals Policy

No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 200.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Smoking

There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 200.00 EUR will be chargeable.

Flight Delay Policy

If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.

Unused Days

If a vehicle is returned early we do not refund for any unsued rental days

Late Return Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 90mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

General Details

All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Disclaimer

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency.
