Driver Age Restrictions
The minimum driving age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age limit is 90<br> <br>Drivers aged from 21 to 24 incur a surcharge of 26.87 USD per day to a maximum charge of 537.50 USD <br>Drivers aged from 76 to 90 incur a surcharge of 28.87 USD per day to a maximum charge of 537.50 USD <br>
Driving Licence
All drivers must hold a valid driving license from country of residence, any driving license written in a script other than Latin or Greek script must also provide an international driving permit (IDP).
Driver Identity
U.S. Citizens only required to present their U.S valid driving license. All other international citizens must provide additional ID in the form of a valid passport.

Fuel And Mileage
Unlimited Mileage is included subject to our fair usage policy The fuel policy at this branch is like for like, so you need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collect the vehicle. No charges for fuel will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the fuel level at vehicle collection time. If you return the vehicle with less fuel then when you collected the vehicle, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current pump price plus an admin fee of 15.00 USD plus tax. No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. Unlimited mileage applies to all customers with licenses from outside Florida. Florida residents are limited to 75 miles per day. The security deposit for Florida residents is USD 2,000 plus tax regardless of the type of insurance purchased at the counter.

RoadSide Assistance / Breakdown Instruction - Procedures
Road Side Assistance - Breakdown: Breakdown Assistance is provided from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. if the customer purchase the service at the counter, the number to call in case of breakdown is +18138163538 and can also be found on your rental agreement. Accident or Breakdown - In the event of a breakdown, accident or mechanical difficulties, you must call us immediately at +18138163538. All repairs must be authorised by the location before proceeding, if necessary replacement cars will be provided by the location only. Please keep copies of all documentation you are asked to complete. This may be needed if you wish to make a claim. For accidents, renters must obtain a police report for meet insurance/waiver requirements. Renters must also obtain a copy of an incident report from the renting location. Accidents and/or damage occurring in the rented vehicles as a result of driver negligence or where the driver has tested positive for drugs or alcohol will not be covered by any insurance or waiver product sold to the customer, additionally the renter will not be entitled to a replacement vehicle.
Accident Instruction / Procedures
In the event of an accident, please check for injuries first and call 911 immediately if emergency medical assistance is needed. If no medical emergency exists but you required assistance, we recommend the driver to contact the local police department non-emergency number for the county where the accident occurred so they can help you gather all necessary information. For accidents involving 3rd parties the driver where possible should obtain as many details regarding name, address, insurance and if applicable company the car is rented from. Renter is responsible for obtaining a police report for all accidents. No insurance will cover customers who do not comply with the terms andamp; conditions, additionally no insurance will cover customers who drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. A police report is mandatory for all accidents, in the event a police report is not obtained the driver is solely responsible for damage incurred to the right cars vehicle. Once you have the police report and all related details, call our office at +18138163538 to inform us of the indicent, and make sure to bring all the documentation, including the police report, when returning the vehicle.

Admin Fee
A standard admin fee of 75.00 USD plus tax is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fine, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required. In addition to the admin fee for every day a vehicle is off the road due to damage caused by customer there will be an additional charge of 40.00 USD plus tax per day
Cleaning Policy
At Zezgo car rentals, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all customers. We understand that light use may result in minor dust on mats, small marks from shoes, or a few disposable items left behind — this is considered normal and does not require extra cleaning. However, if a vehicle is returned in a condition that exceeds normal use, such as with large food or drink spills, strong or unpleasant odors (including from smoking or food), excessive pet hair, heavy mud or sand on seats or carpets, the presence of vomit, bodily fluids, or sticky substances, additional cleaning will be required. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and any evidence of smoking, such as ash, cigarette butts, burns, or smoke odor, will result in a deep cleaning process. Customers are kindly requested to return vehicles in a reasonably clean condition to help us maintain the high standards expected by all renters.
Pets And Service Animals Policy
No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning fee up to 80.00 USD plus tax will be chargeable.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles rented from Zezgo car rentals. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing device. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all customers, and smoking inside the vehicle compromises that standard. Any evidence of smoking — including but not limited to odor, ash, cigarette butts, or burn marks — will result in the vehicle being flagged for deep cleaning. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant rental experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges as determined by the branch.
Flight Delay Policy
We hold the reservation for 2 Hours. If the customers flight was delayed, we offer a 2 hour grace period. If the customer has not provided us with any updated information or contacted our office at: +18138163538, the reservation will automatically be canceled as a no-show after 2 hours.
Own Insurance
Use of Customer’s Own Insurance: Credit Card Coverage: Customers may use credit card CDW coverage, provided the card is in the driver’s name and the full rental payment is made with that card. Please note that credit cards cover only CDW and not liability, so customers must also show proof of liability insurance that meets the minimum requirement of 100/500/500. Personal Car Insurance: Customers may use their own insurance if it provides both TPL and CDW in their own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinity, Progressive, USAA, Nationwide, e-surance, Farmers. Insurance must be issued in the USA. Customers must present an insurance declaration page valid for at least 3 months prior to pick-up. The declaration must match the home address and name on the driver’s license. Bodily Injury and Property Damage liability must be no less than USD 500,000 EACH. Booking Coverage : This is also acceptable, but like credit card coverage, it only covers CDW. Customers must still provide proof of liability coverage or purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance from us. We will never refuse a customer’s own insurance as long as it meets the above requirements. If not, insurance coverage must be purchased at the counter. Key Replacement / Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicle key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement key, including any programming or re-coding required. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement. This policy applies to all vehicle types and key formats, including remote fobs and smart keys. We strongly recommend that customers take care to keep keys secure at all times during the rental period.
Lost Document Policy
If a rental vehicles documents are lost , the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement documents. In addition, an administrative fee will be charged to cover the time and resources involved in arranging the replacement.
Unused Days
Please note that any unused rental days are non-refundable. Once the rental period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for early returns or for days not used, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all bookings and ensures that vehicles reserved for your rental period are not reallocated or rebooked for other customers. We encourage you to plan your rental dates carefully before confirming your reservation.

Late Return Policy
For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
Collection Instructions
Upon Arrival to Tampa International Airport, please proceed to take the train to the airport terminal. Once there, please follow the signs to the train for the Car Rental Center. This train has two stops, exit on the final stop (Car Rental Center). Please follow the signs to the Off Airport Rental Car Pick Up area. As you exit the door you will see the pick up area. General Details
All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles and (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.
Disclaimer
Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental companys requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency. Driving on unpaved or unauthorised roads (off-road driving) will result in your insurance coverage to be terminated automatically. An additional off road/unpaved road driving fee up to 250.00 USD plus tax applies.
