Driving Licence

Customers who reside in the U.S., U.S Territories, or Canada must present a valid, unexpired government-issued Drivers license which includes a photograph of the customer. The digital license may be accepted as a last resort. The drivers license must be valid for the entire rental contract. For international renters, It is important that customers check with ICBC to ensure compliance with licensing laws. The following practices are used to ensure the customer is presenting a facially valid license at the time of rental. You must present the following: Home Country drivers license. Driver Identity

The customer must bring a valid full drivers license, no temporary licenses will be accepted and Passport or Identification card. International customers must present passport. Local Customer will have to bring a ICBC drivers abstract along with other documents. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.

Flight Delay Policy

For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60mins from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.
